Right of withdrawal and instructions returning goods.
The consumer has the right, within 14 days after delivery, without giving any reason necessqry, to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer has received the physical possession of the good(s).
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform NoButtons, Lintjensstraat 1 6417 XS Heerlen, The Netherlands, Email: info@nobuttons.nl, via an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or email) about his decision to withdraw from the contract. The consumer can use the attached withdrawal form model, but is not required to use it. To comply with the withdrawal period it is sufficient to send the notice on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Instructions and consequences of the withdrawal.
If the consumer rescinds the agreement, the consumer will receive all payments he has done up to that point for the goods withdraw, excluding delivery charges (and with the exception of any additional costs as a result of the consumer's choice for a type of delivery other than the provided standard delivery) immediately after return receipt of the goods by NoButtons. NoButtons will pay back the consumer with the same currency and on the same bank account as the original transaction has been made, unless otherwise specifically agreed to with the consumer. In any event, to the consumer for such refund, no fee will be charged.
If the consumer rescinds the agreement before NoButtons has sent the goods, all payments he has done up to that point, including the paid delivery costs, will be refund, according the above mentioned process.
The consumer should return the goods without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which the consumer has informed NoButtons about the decision to withdraw from the contract. The consumer is in time if he returns the goods before the withdrawal period of 14 days after delivery has elapsed. The risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal and return sending of the goods lies with the consumer. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer.
The consumer shall remain liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the property, that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. During the withdrawal time consumers will handle the product and the packaging with care. The consumer will extract or use the product only to the extent necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The main point is that the consumer should only handle and inspect the product as he would do so in a store.
The consumer shall send back the product(s) with all the accessories, if possible in original condition and packaging, with clear indication of sender information (name, address) and in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions by NoButtons.
NoButtons reserves the right for any impairment resulting from a way of coping with the product that goes further than necessary to allow a discharge of the refund for the returned goods. If the consumer returns the delivered product(s) within the withdrawal period without an express revocation statement to NoButtons, NoButtons will see this as a revocation and the consequences apply as explained above.
